Exceeded my expectationsOct 09, 2008

I ordered this for my grandson's third birthday after he had tried to make a super hero cape out of a bath towel.I was expecting a cheesy, flimsy Halloween-type cape but this far exceeded my expectations. It's made from shiny velour and has sturdy velcro fasteners. It fit him perfectly and he immediately began flying around the room. It was one of his favorite gifts and probably the least expensive. This cape is well worth the money.

This cape is adorable. My 2-year-old was excited to put it on right after removing from the package. The smile on his face was priceless! He immediately started running around the house with his new cape. The cape is well-made. The velcro tabs at the neck are good but I may reinforce them before my son goes out for Halloween. The best part - I think this cape will get lots of dress-up use after the holiday. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this for my four year old son who is firmly rooted in "superhero" mode. I was a little concerned that it was not long enough for him and therefore, would quickly out grow it. But he has no problem with it thus far and his younger 2 yr old brother often comes to borrow it so he can play. So begins the fight and the sharing. I think this was an inexpensive way to stimulate play and so far the cape has held up to multiple save-the-day events.

The cape arrived in three days with standard shipping as I had planned. I bought it to go along with a crown I already had so the fabric is a different shade of red but it really doesn't matter. The cape is well made and is even lined! I don't really need the super hero patch sewn on the back but it doesn't hurt anything. Now the grandson can be a king in style!

Santa brought this for my then 3 year old, who was using a dishtowel tucked inside his clothes for a cape. This one is perfect, it is excellent quality, doesn't fall off and my son can put it on/take it off by himself. Wonderful!
