2Red Piano BluesMay 15, 2009
By Brian Carlisle "beecee"
First of all, a great looking and playing little red piano. One that can be passed down thru the children -------- with some work. Mine arrived with a crack at the top of one of the sides. Not enough to worry about returning luckily. But one day, I picked it up to move it and the top board came right off. There was one long staple on both sides holding the top on. That's it! I was shocked. So I took off the little pieces of wood attached to the top board and screwed them in and then rescrewed the existing screws back into the smaller wood pieces attached to the top board. It's not going anywhere now. The crack I can live with, which should have really been caught by production before it left the factory because there was also a small nick on the edge of one of the top boards about the size of a pencil eraser dented into the edge. It was painted over like that so I know someone had to see it. But the poor construction was a surprise. It's fixed now and will be used for hopefully generations. Just a little disappointed.

4Good piano, terrible service from Unbeatable SaleJun 27, 2007
By M. Brown
We ordered this piano for our two year old. It arrived after 1 and 1/2 weeks damaged. There was a large crack on the side of the piano and one of the keys didn't work. Overall, it looked like it was a sturdy, solid wood toy, so we decided to just exchange it. However, once we contacted Unbeatable Sale (the seller), we decided to buy from someone else. Their customer service is horrible! I've already had to call three times and I'm still trying to get the return label from them. I would say that the piano (if not damaged) would be a great little piano, but I would recommend not buying from Unbeatable Sale.

1Very disappointed!Nov 30, 2011

My 21 month old loves to play the piano at his Aunt's house. I was so excited to find this piano. I loved the look and red color and was looking to get the matching drum set for Christmas the following year. When it arrived, I was ecstatic, only to be in tears once I opened the package. The only thing that didn't disappoint was the color.

1. The keys were not level, some of them were lower and some higher.
2. Awful sound! I didn't expect the sound of a real piano but this sounded more like a bunch of broken strings. I think I would prefer a keyboard instead.
3. I received the wrong style. I ordered the Traditional Spinet and received the Elite.

Amazon is working with me to receive a full refund. Thank you!

I am just sad that it didn't work out.
