I first purchased a Kidkraft Princess Bed for my first daughter. It's a medieval fantasy-themed bed, made of high quality solid materials, and decorated with loving care. My daughter loves it! Anyone visiting who sees the bed in her room always comments about what a wonderful girls bed it is, and my daughter is always telling her friends about it.
It's solid enough that a large adult can sit on it to read stories at night, I weigh about 250lbs, and it doesn't give at all - it has very solid bracing underneath. Since you get to put it together (that takes about an hour), you get a very good perspective on how well it's made. I expect this bed to last for years and years.
In fact, it's so well made, that when daughter #2 came along, I had to purchase another one for her! Now both of my little princesses have lovely matching beds!

I've read some of the reviews on this bed and what people are complaining about has nothing to do with this bed or it's quality. I bought this for my daughter and it is PERFECT. It's well made out of quality wood and it is hand painted. It does take a little while to put together but it's worth the time and money spent.

I was not very happy with this produce. It said that where was a matching night table,But when we received it it was only the bed.

Delivery was fast. Bed was easy to put together.... my 3 yr old son helped daddy put the bed together for my 2 yr old daughter and she adores her bed. Loves to sit in her bed and read her princess books. Sturdy and the perfect height for a toddler.

Love the bed, delivery was fast there was some damaged but was remedied very quickly!
Would purchase again and again. Our lil princess just loves her new throne.
