My 10-year-old wanted a barn...not a toddler plastic barn. Mom and Dad wanted to buy the barn...not a $300.00 barn...not a barn as big as a twin bed. This is perfect! She can put her tallest horses inside with no trouble. She's had at least 3 of the 9-in horses inside with 6 or so 6-in horses. The door and the hay loft floor slide well for access to the inside. This barn will be easy to purchase additional buildings to play with because of the light wood color and the ability to paint if desired. We had no trouble assembling and believe it will hold up well. All in all, we couldn't have found a better barn for our needs!
