My daughter got this playhouse for her first birthday and it was the perfect play house for her. She out grew it before she was two though, so she did not get to use it very long.

It is made of thick and sturdy fabric pretty solid when put together, not flimsy. It is perfect size not too big and not too small for my 2 year who is 35 inch tall.

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter who has a ladybug themed room. She loves the cottage. The fabric is thick and sturdy not lightweight like other play tents on the market. This is a great buy!
