 Big Knife with plenty of bite.Jul 17, 2011

I had purchased this knife while at a gun show a few years ago. The thing that attracted me to the knife is the brute force look it has. Ever since then it is one of my favorite knifes to use while camping or just around the house.
The knife it's self is 10" with a 3" serrated segment on the back of the knife.
With a 41/2" tang the blade is off balance and becomes blade heavy, even with the grip and other metal pieces in place.
The grip its self is a rubber/plastic, giving a good grip for nearly any condition, and with the 1/8" inch thick metal stoppers around the grip there is a sturdy handle for thrusting and hacking. the grip is also hollow, allowing you to be able to fit a very small amount of tools (matches of a small flint) into the handle if need be.
The sheath is very nice in my opinion. With a belt loop and a piece to button fasten the knife in the sheath it makes it easy to carry around.
In practice, this knife is good at hacking away small branches. You will need to sharpen it to your liking because it may at times take blunt force in order to chop through things. Yet, the blade is thick and tough and I have not have it chip or bend yet.
All in all I would say this knife is worth your money, i have been impressed with it since I got it.

My 11 year old collect knives. He don't actually use them, just collects. It's huge! It looks really good for the cheap price. Cool deal.

For $13.00 what can one expect? The tang is about 1/2 inch wide, just under 1/8 in thickness and not well supported by the hollow plastic handle. The knife does come sharpened and I subjected it to light battoning to which the knife endured. I don't regret buying this knife but I won't buy another.

The knife was nice and looked well made, but it was crooked. When you hold it up, it's bent towards the right and it's not straight. This knife is ideal for cutting branches and long weeds aroung the house. It is definitely not a quality knife you want to brag about because of its flaws. The only reason I did not return it was because it was so cheap. You can't expect too much from a $13 knife, you get what you pay for.

I thought this was going to be a bad buy, but man was I wrong. This knife is more than what I expected it is quite bigger than I expected but that only makes me like it more. I only wish I had gotten this sooner. If you buy this knife trust me you won't want to put it down.
