I find The Fitrainer the most practicle monitor device for my workout.
1)I dont have to look at my heart rate repeatedly this does all the thinking for me.
2)Im middle aged and The FiTrainer directs me to work out in my zone and wont let me overwork.
3)There is no uncomftoble strap i must wear around my chest.
4)First i tryed using vitamin supplements to loose additional weight however the FiTrainer helps me burn an additional 30% calories per workout with the energy i am using anyhow.
5)It inspires and motivates me to workout more often.

"Focused on Results"
I really like this product it keeps me in the fat burning Cardio Rate (beats per second) for my age group. I put it on, start walking and it tells me to speed up or slow down, I don't have to look at my pulse watch as often. Lost 3 pounds in last 7 days using it.
