 Price too high for the quality of comforterDec 29, 2010

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter and I knew it would feel stiff (from other reviews posted) so I washed it 2 times with detergent and fabric softener and it came out alot softer, but for what I paid (about $45) it could be better material. I could not find any other Dora bedding so that is why I settled for this item. The comforter is very colorful and cute, I just wish it was softer like a real comforter is. I haven't put it on her bed yet but I know she will love the colors and Dora. I am still going to look for a better quality Dora bedding set...

I read the reviews about the sheets being stiff before I bought it. The comforter was softer than I thought it would be and the pillowcase is soft too - Dora's head is right in the middle of the pillow (my daughter loved that). The sheets are stiff and what I expected for kid's bedding....didn't expect 1000 count egyptian cotton... Bedding is colorful, big and fun. Soft enough to last us the time we need. Maybe a little thin for some in the middle of the winter - but my daughter sleeps with an extra blanket anyway - so it wasn't a concern for me.

I knew that this sheet set would not be soft and snuggly from the other reviews; what I did not know was that you can barely see Dora on the fitted sheet. I was planning to use this in a crib without the blanket and my daughter did not even know it was a Dora sheet.

My little daughter loves this bedding set. She was all squeals when I surprised her with it :) She has had no complaints about it at all.

This set is just adorable. My great-granddaughter loves her Dora and now she has all night to cuddle with.
