You need these if you're having a baby...Jun 16, 2011
By CheriD I love these pads. You just need to know what they are...they are not burp cloths. They are little pads that you put under your spitter upper or under baby's bottom on the changing pad or on the carpet for a quick diaper change.
I would get different colors so you never put a pad that's been under someone's butt (whether it's been washed or not) by someone's mouth.
Again, I love these they are wonderful.

Nice - needs to be largerSep 23, 2010
By S. Simmons I use these under baby while she is sleeping in our bed - it has saved our mattress numerous times. It would be nice if they were larger. Wash well on hot / dry on high. I haven't noticed any fading yet after 9 weeks of use.

Love these lap padsOct 15, 2010
By karren humphrey I love these lap pads because they are flat, do not pill, and are easy to wash and dry. The only thing I would like to see different is that they be a little larger. When my grandson makes a "mess" and it goes up his back, it would be nice for the pad to be a little larger to catch everything.

More durable and useful than I imagined.Nov 21, 2011
By Shannon W. Rigney I never had lap pads for my first baby. My mother-in-law had some that she offered me, but honestly I thought they were a bit silly. I decided to try a pack for my second baby, and now I am ordering more! They are so useful. I use the smaller ones on the changing table so that when the diaper inevitably leaks a bit during changing, I just pop the little lap pad in the hamper. There's no need to put the baby somewhere else while I change the whole changing pad cover. I use bigger ones under the fitted sheet of his crib, so that leaky diapers don't go all the way through to the mattress cover. I am so in love with lap pads that I bought a pack of a different brand, but they are nowhere near as good as the Carters pads. These have been washed many, many times and there is no fading or pilling, really no wear that I can see at all. They are amazing. Wish I'd had them with #1.

Tops the most valuable baby item list!Nov 02, 2011
By WWalsh Who knew I would need (and love) this item as much as I do?! I put it on my baby's changing pad (one under her bottom and another under her head since she has reflux and frequently spits up while being changed) and it has saved me from having to purchase umpteen changing pad covers (which are also costlier). Its amazing how absorbent these pads are! I also ordered the larger bassinet pads to put in her crib (a time and sanity saver). Definitely a must for everyone but especially for new moms who may may not be swift with those diaper changes at the outset! :)
