Unlike the previous reviewer, we haven't had problems with pilling or falling apart, and we've been washing these almost daily for 5 weeks because we have twins who spit up A LOT. We received them as a gift, and I agree that just getting cloth diapers is much more cost effective, and I probably wouldn't buy them for myself. That said, they're cheerful, which is nice in the middle of the night.

These work great. Much better than those flimsy little cloth ones. They could be a bit bigger but manage to hold lots of drool and spit up anyway!

These are def. the worst burp pads I've ever came across. For starters, they are tiny (not to mention that they also shrink!). Secondly, after one wash only, they look as if they've been used a million times. The material is horrible- rough, faded and not smooth- I can't even let my baby put his head over these things. In all, this was a waste of money and I would stay clear of them.

This item looked very nice.I purchased them for young ladies that come through a crisis pregnacy center and take classes to learn how to care for their babies.They are given Baby Bucks as a reward for attending the classes.We try to have different items for them to choose from.These pads were purchased right away.It was also great to be able to purchase them at a reansonable price.
