My son LOVES this piano!Jan 07, 2010
By J. Young This piano is all my son asked for for Christmas after seeing it in a magazine. So for 2 months, this is what he said he wanted so I HAD to get it. Who wants to let a 4 year old down. So, after searching and searching (sold out everywhere) I found this one left on Cyber Monday at like a $100 discount with free shipping with UPS. So I snatched it up...was at my door within 3 days (super fast shipping). Piano is on outside of box (so had to hide fast). Husband put together within about 30-45 minutes. He said it was really easy to put together. Son was sooo excited on Christmas morning! Well worth it. I read some reviews about it sounding kiddy, but it's a child's piano. Sounds fine for a child. Would recommend!

Great Response by Shoenhut to Small ProblemDec 22, 2010
By Valda S. Flynn The bench arrived slightly damaged. Shoenhut responded immediately and most professionally. A replacement bench arrived in 3 days,in plenty of time for Christmas. It's a beautiful piano which looks as good as a real grand piano. The grandsons are thrilled and learning already (we celebrated Christmas early).Schoenhut 37 Key Elite Baby Grand with Bench

Very nice but...Feb 09, 2011
By rddwxman Every time my two year old boy would see a piano he would light up with excitement. When it came time to leave we had to pry his hands off of the piano. So I decided to do some research on children's pianos and found the Schoenhut series to be the best. I particularly like the fact that the keys are the same size as a regular piano, that way if he does pick up on the piano the transition to a regular piano will be easier. The black finish is surprisingly very attractive and was not that difficult to assemble. The only reason I can't give this piano 5 stars is because after a few days of use there are two keys that are stuck which was very disappointing in my book. Once he gets old enough to start learning to play I'm probably going to have to open it up and try to fix it. Other than that he is very happy with it and continues to love playing the piano.
Just OKApr 29, 2012
By J. Wood Got this for our granddaughter for Christmas a couple of years ago. Cute to look at but takes up quite a bit of space. Tinny sound. Doesn't get played with much.

Review of pianoJan 13, 2012
By cjones I am very disappointed with this purchase - especially considering I paid over $200 for this item. The sound quality is incredibly poor and the song book which accompanies the piano is full of errors. Would not recommend this piano at all unless was priced for under $30.
